As a third party administrator our systems can be fully white-labelled to take on the look and feel you require but we go beyond the traditional TPA in offering extensive illustration and planning tools designed to give your proposition a genuine edge over the competition. Our partnership approach also means that we will not compete with you in marketing our own products direct to your customers and that leaves you free to concentrate on making your products a success.

Our systems allow clients and their advisers to access their data when they want and through our extensive links to investment product and service providers we ensure that the widest possible range of investment vehicles can be accessed. As the Architects of SIPP 2.0 we look to pull data from various sources and present them to you, your customers and their advisers whenever it is needed.

Commercial property is a key component in most SIPP offerings and Gaudi can draw on considerable experience in this area. Our property team not only operates as a source of technical support to our business partners, clients and advisers but oversees every step of the property lifecycle from initial acquisition to eventual sale. Our proven approach to property administration safeguards not only the interests of your clients but, just as importantly, the interests of our business partners when acting as trustee. We have also developed the concept of a property portfolio which allows for the construction of a multi-property portfolio for groups of individuals.
Individual and Group SIPP capabilities
Many SIPP providers have tried to add group functionality to an individual administration capability. At Gaudi, group capabilities are at the core of our offering.
